This verse is from the Bhagawad Gita, where Arjuna was not willing to fight the Epic war of Mahabharat and Krishna explains to him to perform his duties.

Karmanye Vadhikaraste Ma Phaleshou Kada Chana
Ma Karma Phala Hetur Bhurmatey Sangostva Akarmani

Sanskrit Lyrics:

कर्मण्येवाधिकारस्ते मा फलेषु कदाचन ।
मा कर्मफलहेतुर्भुर्मा ते संगोऽस्त्वकर्मणि ॥

Shloka Meaning:

Your right is to perform your work, but never to the results. Never be motivated by the results of your actions, nor should you be attached to not performing your prescribed duties.
