As you all know Puja Banerjee is playing the lead role of Vaishno Devi in Jag Janani Maa Vaishno Devi. But the actress had to quit the show to take a break and had cited that she has left the show for personal reasons.
As soon as Puja announced quitting the show Jag Janani Maa Vaishno Devi, the makers of the show are in search of a new lead. Actress Rubina Dilaik, was almost finalized for the show to play the lead role. But things didn't work out due to some reason.
Finally, the production house has confirmed actress Paridhi Sharma. She will be seen playing the lead role Vaishno Devi in Star Bharat's Jag Janani Maa Vaishno Devi. According to a source close to the show, Paridhi has shot for the promo, and the show's shooting will resume in a couple of days.
Jag Janani Ma Vaishno Devi was produced by Rashami Sharma under the Rashami Sharma Production banner.
On the work front, Paridhi Sharma was last seen as Babita in Sony TV's Patiala Babes. She is popularly known for her role in Jodha Akbar as Jodha, which aired on Zee TV.
Paridhi fans will be definitely excited to see her back on screen.
